I’m a game designer with 6+ years of experience in a chaotic, creative, and deadline-driven environment, designing gamified virtual reality training software for U.S. based Fortune 500 companies, as well as puzzles, maps, and systemic game mechanics for virtual reality indie games.

Role: Lead Gameplay and UI/UX Designer

Contributions:

Worked on all aspects of the user interface across the project, from initial design and protype to final art.

Acted as key ambassador for the player when designing gameplay experience, and implementing gameplay features to achieve a unified and connected feel to the world and the tools granted to the user for interacting within the world.

Led the design and refactor efforts for the studio’s proprietary quest design platform.

Designed gameplay systems with ease-of-use and accessibility as key design factors, including applying gloves, washing and sanitizing hands, and taking patient vitals.
